TEBA UNITED recently hosted its 38th Annual Awards Ceremony, a landmark event dedicated to celebrating decades of dedication, innovation, and achievement within the TEBA UNITED family.
The ceremony’s theme, “Powered by the Past, United for the Future” underscored the company’s journey and ambitious vision for the future. The evening featured key addresses from the company’s leadership.
Our esteemed CEO, Mr. Ahmed Soliman, took the stage to share powerful insights on how the company has transformed challenges into opportunities. His speech, a message of ambition and resilience, also highlighted our upcoming strategic plans and celebrated the significant milestones the company has reached.
The Vice President, Ms. Maryam Soliman, followed by addressing challenges within our factory operations and outlining plans to improve manufacturing facilities and increase production lines.
The Marketing Manager, MR Mohamed Abo EL-Ella also presented, showcasing a year of remarkable progress and outlining future marketing strategies designed to strengthen our company’s presence and lay the groundwork for continued growth.
The highlight of the night was the awards presentation. Scores of exceptional employees were honored for their outstanding contributions and unwavering dedication to the company’s mission. In a deeply moving tribute, awards were also presented to the families of our beloved deceased colleagues, a gesture that affirmed our belief that their legacy and spirit will forever be a part of the TEBA UNITED family.
The ceremony concluded with an engaging team-building segment. Filled with joyful interaction, this final activity allowed everyone to celebrate their achievements in a festive and collaborative atmosphere. تحت شعار “مستمدين قوتنا من رحلتنا، متحدون للمستقبل“، جسّد الحفل مسيرة الشركة منذ نشأتها، واستعرض ملامح رؤيتها الطموحة للسنوات القادمة
افتُتحت الأمسية بكلمات مؤثرة من قيادات الشركة، حيث شاركنا السيد المهندس أحمد سليمان – رئيس مجلس الإدارة، برؤية ملهمة عن كيف تحوّلت التحديات إلى فرص، مؤكدًا على محطات نجاحنا وخططنا الاستراتيجية الطموحة التي تقودنا إلى المستقبل
يلي ذلك كلمة السيدة مريم سليمان – نائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة، التي تناولت أهم التحديات التشغيلية داخل المصنع، وسلّطت الضوء على خطة التطوير وزيادة خطوط الإنتاج لرفع الكفاءة وتعزيز القدرة التصنيعية و استخدام التكنولوجيا في التطوير
كما قدّم الأستاذ محمد أبو العلا – مدير التسويق، عرضاً يلخّص عاماً من التقدّم الملحوظ، مع استعراض استراتيجيات التسويق القادمة التي تهدف إلى تعزيز حضور الشركة وترسيخ مكانتها في السوق
TEBA UNITED وفي لفتة إنسانية مؤثرة، تم تكريم عائلات زملائنا الراحلين، تقديراً لعطائهم ودورهم الذي سيظل حاضراً في ذاكرة
وكانت فقرة تكريم فريق العمل هي اللحظة الأجمل في الحفل، حيث تم الاحتفاء بنخبة من الزملاء المتميزين، تقديراً لعطائهم وجهودهم التي كانت حجر الأساس في هذا النجاح
واختُتم الحفل بفقرة تفاعلية جمعت بين أجواء استثنائية وروح الفريق الواحد، حيث شارك الجميع في لحظات احتفالية عززت روابط التعاون والانتماء
