At TEBA UNITED, safety has always been part of the way we work. However, as our operations and teams continue to grow, we recognized the need for a more structured and, more importantly, a more future-focused approach to creating a safer work environment.
Accordingly, and in response to this need, we introduced the Safety Pillar — an initiative that is focused on enhancing safety efficiency, strengthening awareness, and, furthermore, continuously improving our procedures in line with evolving standards and operational requirements.
More than compliance alone, and beyond routine procedures, the initiative ultimately aims to build a stronger safety culture that becomes naturally embedded in daily operations, decision-making, and team behavior across all levels.
The Impact & Feedback of the Campaign
As the campaign continued to expand, its impact, in turn, became clearly visible both internally and externally across multiple areas of the organization.
Internally
First and foremost, stronger teamwork developed across departments. Additionally, communication and collaboration significantly improved. Moreover, engagement around safety practices and responsibilities increased steadily. Consequently, the understanding that safety is a shared responsibility became more deeply reinforced across teams.
Externally
Meanwhile, campaign videos and materials were widely shared across different platforms. In addition, meaningful conversations around workplace safety were actively encouraged. As a result, the exchange of safety examples and best practices increased noticeably within the wider professional community.
A More Engaging & Up-to-Date Safety Awareness Journey
Since the launch of the Safety Awareness Campaign, the journey has gradually evolved beyond traditional training methods. Specifically, it has shifted toward a more interactive, and therefore more engaging, experience for employees across various departments and facilities.
To support this vision, the campaign, furthermore, combined updated safety branding, awareness activities, workshop sessions, practical lectures, internal competitions, and continuous engagement initiatives. Notably, these were organized collaboratively by both the Safety and Marketing teams, ensuring consistency and impact.
As a result, this integrated approach has successfully transformed safety communication into something more relatable, more visible, and, ultimately, continuously present within the working environment. Consequently, this has led to stronger participation, and in turn, better knowledge retention among teams.
Leadership Support Driving the Journey Forward
Equally important, one of the key strengths behind this journey has been the continuous support and, more significantly, the active involvement of the company’s top management.
Their commitment to safer and better working environments has, therefore, played a major role in empowering teams, supporting initiatives, and, furthermore, encouraging continuous improvement across all operational levels.
Ultimately, and most importantly, building safer environments means building healthier, happier, and more productive people. After all, safe environments consistently create happier and more engaged teams.
Appreciation & Partnership
Finally, and with sincere appreciation, special thanks go to Schneider Electric for their valued support throughout this journey. In particular, their contribution has played an important role in the continuous development of safety awareness and best practices across the organization.
Together, and moving forward, we continue progressing toward a safer, stronger, and more responsible future for all.
