Celebrating the Journey

At TEBA UNITED, our Internship Closing Ceremony marked the successful conclusion of the 2026 Summer Internship Program. It brought together interns and members of the TEBA UNITED team. Together, they recognized the achievements of the past month and celebrated the people who made the experience possible.

Throughout the day, the ceremony offered a chance to reflect on what the interns had experienced, recognize their commitment throughout the program, and encourage them as they take their next steps.

For the interns, the ceremony was also a chance to come together once again as one group. After beginning the program together during orientation day, they reunited at the closing ceremony. They came together from different departments, factories, and the corporate office. As a result, the gathering brought together people whose paths had taken them through different parts of TEBA UNITED throughout the month.

Messages to Remember

The ceremony featured meaningful messages from our CEO, Eng. Ahmed Soliman, and Vice President, Eng. Mariam Soliman.

Through their speeches, they reflected on the interns’ experience. They highlighted the importance of making the most of every opportunity to learn, contribute, and develop. In addition, they shared words of encouragement as the interns move forward in their academic and professional journeys.

The program then continued with an inspiring talk by Hala Haytham, who shared her perspective and offered the interns further motivation as they begin their next chapter.

A Ceremony Full of Energy

Following the messages, the Internship Closing Ceremony continued with a series of interactive games and team-building activities. The activities brought a different kind of energy into the room.

The interns competed in interactive games that put their strategy, speed, and a little bit of luck to the test. Meanwhile, the Spin the Wheel challenge added another element to the day. Participants answered questions correctly to win. There was plenty of cheering, playful competition, and a few unexpected winners along the way.

More importantly, the activities gave everyone a chance to step away from the usual program setting and simply enjoy the time together, making the games a memorable part of the closing ceremony.

Recognizing Commitment

A key moment of the ceremony was the presentation of graduation certificates by Eng. Ali Soliman, Vice President.

The certificates represented more than the completion of the internship. They recognized the commitment, effort, and dedication each intern demonstrated throughout the program. They also served as a reminder of what they are capable of achieving when they commit themselves to an opportunity.

The ceremony also recognized the supervisors, coordinators, and members of the TEBA UNITED team who contributed to the program. Their support, guidance, and involvement were an essential part of creating the experience the interns had.

The End of One Chapter

As the ceremony came to a close, the celebration marked more than the end of a one-month internship. It marked the completion of an experience that brought young talent and industry professionals together through learning, collaboration, and shared experiences.

We are proud of what our interns accomplished. We are also grateful for the energy, curiosity, and dedication they brought to TEBA UNITED. Throughout the program, they had the opportunity to learn from different teams. They also took on new challenges and experienced the workplace from the inside. We hope they take those experiences with them as they continue to learn, grow, and build what comes next.
