Surface Protection

1- Pre-galvanized

• According to DIN EN10142
• TEBA continuously provides sufficient protection against corrosion in dry interiors (not in an aggressive environment).
• This also applies to the untreated cut edges, since the cathode protection between steel and zinc acts there, provided that a sheet thickness of 2mm is not exceeded TEBA ensues that the limit is not exceeded at hot galvanized sheets.

• According to DIN 50976
• Hot dip galvanization products have film which is almost thrice thickness as thick, they are suitable for outdoor purpose.
• The approximate values for the annual zinc loss thickness is: Non-urbanized air: 1-2 M - Urbanized air: 3-5 µM - Sea air: 5-10 µM - Industrial air: 5-10 µM
• All perforated cable trays can be manufactured without perforation upon request
• Our standard length of production is 3.0 meters for hot-dip galvanized and pre-galvanized.
• Almost all items can be manufactured in other dimensions.

•TEBA UNITED hot dip galvanized cable trays are immerged liquid Zinc after manufacturing, so that all edges and welds are also protected against corrosion. Cut edges arising later during installation can be treated with cold zinc.
